बीएचयू । इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मैनेजमेंट स्टडीज, बनारस हिंदू विश्वविद्यालय “इनोवेशन मैनेजमेंट” पर पांच दिवसीय ऑनलाइन एफडीपी का आयोजन कर रहा है, जो 21 जनवरी 2022 को प्रबंधन अध्ययन संस्थान में शुरू हुआ । यह एआईसीटीई ट्रेनिंग एंड लर्निंग (अटल) अकादमी प्रायोजित चौथा ऑनलाइन एफडीपी है। प्रोफेसर पवन कुमार सिंह, माननीय निदेशक, भारतीय प्रबंधन संस्थान (आईआईएम), तिरुचिरापल्ली ने उद्घाटन समारोह सत्र में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में भाग लिया। जम्मू से तमिलनाडु और गुजरात से पश्चिम बंगाल तक देश के कोने-कोने में से 200अधिक प्रतिभागियों ने 5 दिनों के ऑनलाइन संकाय विकास कार्यक्रम के लिए नामांकन किया है। “नवाचार प्रबंधन” के विशेषज्ञ आईआईटी, आईआईएम, बीएचयू सहित अकादमिक और उद्योग से हैं, और कई प्रतिष्ठित उद्योग के नेता, सलाहकार, फ्रीलांसर और व्यवसायी कुल 14 तकनीकी सत्रों में व्याख्यान देंगे।
प्रो. एस.के. दुबे ने प्रो. पवन कुमार सिंह और अखिल भारतीय प्रतिभागियों का स्वागत किया। उन्होंने नवाचार प्रबंधन के महत्व पर जोर दिया और कहा कि यह कैसे भारत को अन्य देशों से आगे खड़ा कर सकता है। उन्होंने उल्लेख किया कि विशेष रूप से वर्तमान महामारी परिदृश्य में नवाचार प्रबंधन कितना आवश्यक है। यह व्यापक है और समाज के हर क्षेत्र के लिए समान रूप से महत्वपूर्ण है।
डॉ. राजकिरण प्रभाकर, समन्वयक, एफडीपी ने नवाचार प्रबंधन के महत्व पर जोर दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि नवप्रवर्तन उन शब्दों में से एक है जो अचानक हमारे चारों ओर होने लगता है। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि कंपनियां नवाचार करने की अपनी क्षमता की परवाह करती हैं, जिस पर उनका भविष्य कथित रूप से निर्भर करता है, और कई प्रबंधन सलाहकार कंपनियों को यह समझाने में व्यस्त हैं कि वे अपने नवाचार प्रदर्शन को बेहतर बनाने में उनकी मदद कैसे कर सकते हैं। उन्होंने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि संगठनों के भीतर जिस तरह से नवाचार का प्रबंधन किया जाता है, उसकी जांच करने की व्यापक गुंजाइश है। उन्होंने प्रतिभागियों को सूचित किया कि एफडीपी कार्यक्रम के 14 तकनीकी सत्रों में नवाचार प्रबंधन के हालिया उन्नति और विभिन्न पहलुओं को शामिल करने की किया है जिसमें डिजाइनिंग थिंकिंग और सोशल इनोवेशन, इनोवेशन के मानव और आर्थिक आयाम, वित्तीय नवाचार, नवाचार को प्रबंधित करने के लिए रणनीति और व्यवहार, नवाचार के लिए एक ढांचा COVID-19 युग और उससे आगे, नवाचार के संगठनात्मक और सामाजिक आयाम, नवाचार प्रबंधन में महत्वपूर्ण सफलता कारक, संचालन और आपूर्ति श्रृंखला में नवाचार, डिजिटल परिवर्तन और संगठनात्मक नवाचार, नवाचार और उद्यमिता के माध्यम से अग्रणी छात्रों में संकाय की भूमिका, आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस एप्लीकेशन में प्रबंधन, आईपीआर और नवाचार, उद्यमिता कौशल: नवाचार और रचनात्मकता, और नवाचार और स्टार्ट-अप इको सिस्टम आदि शामिल है।
एआईसीटीई- अटल प्रायोजित ऑनलाइन एफडीपी के उद्घाटन समारोह में बोलते हुए, सत्र के मुख्य अतिथि आईआईएम-तिरुचिरापल्ली के निदेशक, प्रो पवन कुमार सिंह ने कहा कि नवाचार प्रबंधन किसी भी देश के विकास के लिए बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है और उन्होंने इसका उदाहरण दिया तकनीकी नवाचार जिन्होंने COVID 19 में प्रमुख भूमिका निभाई। उन्होंने प्रबंधन के क्षेत्र में विशेष रूप से आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस, मशीन लर्निंग, बिग डेटा एनालिटिक्स के क्षेत्र में हो रहे नवीनतम नवाचारों पर प्रकाश डाला, जो तेजी से चल रहे हैं जो संगठनों को प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक लाभ प्राप्त करने में मदद करते हैं। उन्होंने इसे और अधिक प्रभावी बनाने के लिए शिक्षण और सीखने में नवाचार के महत्व पर जोर दिया। उन्होंने आगे विचार किया कि कैसे कोई व्यक्ति जीवन के विभिन्न पहलुओं में नवीन हो सकता है। उन्होंने ऑनलाइन संकाय विकास कार्यक्रमों के माध्यम से शिक्षा और उद्योग के प्रतिभागियों को सीखने का अवसर प्रदान करने के लिए प्रबंधन अध्ययन संस्थान द्वारा की गई पहल की सराहना की, जो उन्हें अपने भविष्य के प्रयासों में अपने कौशल को उन्नत करने में मदद करेगा। अंत में उन्होंने सभी प्रतिभागियों से तकनीकी सत्रों का अधिक से अधिक लाभ उठाने की कामना की।
प्रो एच पी माथुर ने मुख्य अतिथि और प्रतिभागियों के प्रति अपनी कृतज्ञता व्यक्त की। उन्होंने चौथे 5 दिवसीय ऑनलाइन एफडीपी को सफलतापूर्वक आयोजित करने के लिए आयोजन दल के सभी सदस्यों को धन्यवाद दिया।

The Institute of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University is organizing the five-day AICTE Training and Learning (ATAL) Academy sponsored online FDP on “Innovation Management”. It is 4thAICTE Training and Learning (ATAL) Academy sponsored online FDP at Institute of Management Studies, which started on 21st January 2022. Prof. Pawan Kumar Singh, Hon’ble Director, Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Tiruchirappalli, graced the Inaugural Session as the Chief Guest. The virtual Inauguration of the online FDP was held in the august presence of Prof. S.K. Dubey, Director, Institute of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University and Prof. H.P. Mathur, Dean & Head, Faculty of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University. Dr. RajkiranPrabhakar, Assistant Professor, Institute of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University is coordinating the 5-days online FDP from January 21st to 25th, 2022, under the able leadership of the Director, Prof. S. K. Dubey, and Head and Dean Prof. H. P. Mathur. Dr. Ram Shankar Uraon, Assistant Professor, Institute of Management Studies is the co-coordinator of this online FDP. More than 200 participants from all the nook and corner of the country, starting from Jammu to Tamil Nadu and Gujarat to West Bengal have enrolled for the 5-days online Faculty Development programme. The experts of “Innovation Management” are from academia and industry including IITs, IIMs, BHU, and several reputed industry leaders, consultants, freelancers and practitioners will deliver lectures in total 14 technical sessions.
Prof. S.K. Dubey welcomed Prof. Pawan Kumar Singh and the PAN-India participants. He emphasized the importance of innovation management and how it can make India stand ahead of other countries. He mentioned how essential innovation management is, especially in the current pandemic scenario. It is pervasive and is equally important for every sector in the society.
Dr. RajkiranPrabhakar, Coordinator, FDP, emphasizedthe importance of innovation management. He said innovation is one of those words that suddenly seems to be all around us. He further said firms care about their ability to innovate, on which their future allegedly depends, and many management consultants are busy persuading companies about how they can help them improve their innovation performance. He emphasized that there is extensive scope for examining the way innovation is managed within organizations. Speaking on the inauguration ceremony of AICTE-ATAL sponsored online FDP, Prof. Pawan Kumar Singh, Director IIM-Tiruchirappalli, Chief Guest of the session, said that the innovation management is very much important for the development of any country and he illustrated on the technological innovations that played prominent role in the COVID 19 times. He highlighted on the latest innovations taking place in the field of management specially in the area of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data Analytics are going at a faster pace which help organizations to have competitive advantage. He emphasized on the importance of innovation in teaching and learning to make it more effective. He further deliberated how one can be innovative in different facets of life. He appreciated the initiative taken by the Institute of Management Studies for providing a learning opportunity to the participants from academia and industry through online faculty development programs, which in turn would help them to upgrade their skills in their future endeavors. In the end, he wished all the participants to take the maximum out of the technical sessions.
Prof H P Mathur expressed his sincere gratitude to the Chief Guests and participants. He also thanked all the members of the organizing team for organizing the 4th 5-days online FDP successfully.
